I have been in Portugal for almost a year now, searching for the right location and land to create a natural building community, called the Earth Collective. In a stroll around a local lake, I found myself musing about the challenges of moving to a different country, being a reluctant hiker, using affirmations to re-frame my reality and my personal quest to understand the true meaning of freedom.
