Contrary to popular opinion, you haven’t lost the plot if you talk to yourself and become the narrator of your own life. In fact, it's extremely beneficial. Most importantly, it helps us to become aware of what we habitually think and do. Only then do we realise how much negativity we carry around and the drama and recurring experiences it creates. To a large extent, we are what we think. I write about this in my book. The picture was taken whilst recording this podcast, during my 'rewilding' phase.
