We have much more control over our body than is commonly thought. Most people assume we have no control except around the edges through eating a healthy diet, exercising or reducing stress. Certainly, not through using the power of thought. Our world doesn't encourage us to think this way. But if thought has energy, and if we can master our thoughts, it makes sense that we should be able to control our body, our health and our ageing process too.
