How to regain your balance and equilibrium

What does it feel like to be balanced? For me, it's a heady mix of mental, emotional and physical factors. For instance, feeling energised and positive, grounded and strong in my core, a quiet but alert mind, a heightened state of awareness, feeling empowered and intuitive, believing the world is a great place, seeing the good in people and events, feeling gratitude and compassion. Everything we want to create in life, comes from being in a balanced state. Sadly, this is not the norm for most people. In this audio extract from my book, 'The Ultimate Relationship... the one with yourself', I explain how to spot telltale signs when you are out of balance, and offer techniques that I have found useful, to get back in the vibe.
